Program Graduate Spotlight:

Learn from Esteban and Mia as they talk about their path through the Energy Management with Controls program at Lane Community College (LCC), the prerequisite schooling for BECA’s on-the-job apprenticeship training.

Mia became a Resource Conservation Manager for the Hillsboro School District in Hillsboro, Oregon, and right after graduation, Esteban started his career as an Energy Auditor and quickly became the Director of Energy Services at Homes for Good.

The pairing of an Energy Management degree from LCC with our hands-on apprenticeship program is a direct pipeline towards high paying, sustainable, and flexible jobs.
